It’s been two years in Hamburg and it’s exactly the time to harvest almost 200 tomatoes in August.
Each year I planted these tomatoes at the end of the spring and I just looked after watering at least twice a day from the middle of June to August. However, I have a lot of juggling I try to make sure they are alive and grown up.
They are so grown fast even though some days are wild, whether windy and rainy or not.
Now, it’s time to get very juicy and fresh tomatoes out for me to have delicious breakfast: with cheese and bread.
Then, came out some thoughts about my teenage life.
I was 15, and lived in one of the towns of Ayeyarwaddy. We had a small little farm belonging to our house. We planted some many trees and vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers, beans, bananas and so on..
Every morning and evening my father was busy with garden work.
One day, I asked him if I would like to help, and watering the plants make me happy.
Then he told me, this is not my business and I rather have to study to pass the exam.
I was curious about why not to do it and why not my business.
I insisted that please let me do it. He gave me up not to help him.
He explained what he meant by that
“ the garden work, the farm work isn’t suited for me .. this is for the people who are working as a physical worker or uneducated person “W
hen you could not pass your exam you would become a farmer like me …
So please don’t do it again and go for study ..
I am realizing now that people who are more educated than others would like to become a farmer or gardener/love to do farm work for their family, country, and the world.
People worldwide have to learn how to protect the plants and their nature.
We all need to study how it works for us
